ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Omar Kordahi State Farm Agency is seeking a qualified, driven, and empathetic professional for the role of Life Insurance Specialist. As a customer-focused expert, you will help individuals and families protect what matters most by educating them on life and health insurance options and guiding them through the process with care and confidence.
This role is ideal for a proven sales professional who knows how to build trust, identify needs, and close business consistently. Your experience and ability to connect with customers will allow you to make a meaningful impact while continuing to grow your income and career.
As a strategic and emotionally intelligent resource in the community, we are excited to grow our successful agency with someone who brings both strong production and genuine care for others.
Responsibilities
  • Consult with customers to identify their life insurance and financial protection needs
  • Recommend appropriate life insurance and health insurance products based on individual and family goals
  • Assist customers with life insurance applications, policy changes, and claims support
  • Educate customers on available life insurance plans, coverage options, and long-term protection strategies
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service and follow-up
  • Consistently generate new business through referrals, leads, and proactive outreach
  • Maintain compliance with all life and health insurance regulations and agency standards
  • Collaborate with team members to support cross-selling opportunities across all insurance lines
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in life insurance or financial services
  • Demonstrated success with a track record of closing 15 or more life insurance policies per month
  • Deep knowledge of life insurance products, health insurance products, and protection planning strategies
  • Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to build trust, overcome objections, and confidently guide customers through important financial decisions
  • Fully licensed in all lines of insurance, including Property & Casualty and Life & Health
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a sales-focused environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
