Job description

The Sales Trainee will be enrolled in our 12-18 month sales training program to prepare and equip the associate with the knowledge and skills in learning the corrugated packaging industry to become a part of our successful Account Executive team.
Compensation:
  • $52,000-$60,000 per year, quarterly bonuses
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Tasks related to this position may vary and are not limited to those listed below:
  • Follow established safety rules, policies and procedures at all times
  • Participate in a 12-18 month sales training program to prepare for a long-term position with BCI as an Account Executive
  • Meet or exceed the operating standards in the areas of sales and customer service. Such standards will be set annually and communicated to the Account Executive
  • Achieve in meeting or exceeding the developed professional goals set to and agreed upon between yourself and the Sales Manager
  • Participate in advancing the business through new and innovative ideas
  • Review of the training program goals with the Sales Manager on a weekly basis to ensure the Sales Trainee is acquiring the skills necessary in becoming a successful Account Executive
  • Exhibit professional behavior at all times and treating others with respect
  • Full-time role in an office setting

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
