Life coaches use various techniques to support clients in areas such as career transitions, relationships, health, and overall life satisfaction. Unlike therapists, life coaches focus on the present and future, guiding clients toward actionable steps and accountability. Working with a life coach can enhance self-awareness, motivation, and confidence, leading to a more fulfilling life.

How do life coaches typically structure their client sessions?

Life coaches usually begin client sessions by identifying the client's goals and challenges, followed by collaborative discussion to create actionable plans. Sessions often include reflective questioning, progress reviews, and setting specific, measurable objectives for the next meeting.
