Life coaches use various techniques to support clients in areas such as career transitions, relationships, health, and overall life satisfaction. How do life coaches typically structure their client sessions?

Life coaches usually begin client sessions by identifying the client's goals and challenges, followed by collaborative discussion to create actionable plans. Sessions often include reflective questioning, progress reviews, and setting specific, measurable objectives for the next meeting. As a life coach, you may work independently or as part of a coaching agency, with flexible schedules that accommodate client availability.
