A Better Self Behavioral and Psychological Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. As a therapist at A Better Self, you will leverage advanced telehealth technology to engage with clients, ensuring their comfort and confidentiality while providing vital therapy services from your own chosen space. In your role, you will:

• Conduct thorough individual, family, and group therapy sessions to address the diverse needs of clients.
• Perform initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine client progress and treatment effectiveness.
• Develop, implement, and refine personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique challenges and goals.
• Engage actively in a multidisciplinary team framework, attending regular meetings to collaboratively enhance client care and ensure treatment continuity.
• Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with regulatory standards and our practice's policy.

Your work will primarily focus on clients dealing with addiction and mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. You will serve a diverse population, with an emphasis on supporting individuals from historically marginalized backgrounds. Your perspective will help clients navigate their journeys toward recovery and better mental health outcomes, showcasing the compassionate world of mental health care.

To thrive in this role, you must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• A current and valid license in good standing in Oregon as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A commitment to uphold ethical standards and demonstrate a history of accountability in clinical practice.
• A passion for improving mental health care and a commitment to ongoing education and professional development.

While not mandatory, candidates with the following credentials will be viewed favorably:

• Experience in telehealth and familiarity with digital therapy platforms.
• Previous work addressing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with multiple treatment modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, or solution-focused therapy.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a robust salary, our benefits package includes:
