As a Sales Associate (SA) at Schell Brothers you'll have the opportunity to get to know your home buyers on a different level. They arenโ€™t just โ€œbuying a home," it's about creating a relationship to help them make one of the biggest decisions of their life. From planning community events to helping plan all your home's possibilities, being a SA is one of the most diverse positions at Schell Brothers. As a SA, you are given the autonomy to run your model home as a business, generating traffic, creating a customer experience, along with relationships in the community with realtors and homeowners.

SAs spend most of their time working from a well-appointed office located in one of our model homes. This position requires a 5-day work week, including 3 weekends a month and taking 2 alternate consecutive days off during the week.

Although an active Tennessee Real Estate license is not required to applied, if hired, candidates must be able to obtain the license within 90 days of hire.

Requirements
  • Licensed Realtor in the state of Tennessee or ability to obtain a license within 90 days of hire.
  • Two (2) years+ Residential production home selling experience. (preferred)
  • Two (2) years+ customer service experience.
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times.
