Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Engage with existing and prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized advice.

Sales Excellence: Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Policy Customization: Develop tailored insurance plans that align with the unique requirements of each client.

Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure their loyalty and satisfaction with our services.

Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to provide knowledgeable guidance to clients.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities to ensure seamless follow-up and service continuity.


Requirements

Licensing: Must possess an active Maryland Property & Casualty License and/or Life Health insurance license.

Experience: A minimum of two years' experience in insurance sales is preferred.
