About Our Office

We are a busy, patient-centered wellness clinic offering chiropractic care, acupuncture, massage therapy, and nutrition services. Our goal is to help patients move better, feel better, and live healthier lives through a collaborative, hands-on approach to care. We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and health-conscious individual who enjoys working directly with patients and being part of a wellness-focused team.

Position Overview

This position is primarily focused on patient care. The Chiropractic Assistant / Patient Care Assistant works closely with providers to support patient treatment through hands-on care and therapy preparation. Responsibilities include providing focal warm-up massage, assisting with physical therapy modalities, and helping guide patients through their care visits. On-the-job training is provided.

CA Hours needed:

  • Monday 12-6:30
  • Tuesday 1:15pm - 6:30pm
  • Wednesday 2:15pm- 6:30pm
  • Thursday 1:30pm - 6:30pm
  • Friday 10am-5:00pm
  • Occasional Sat. Mornings

***LMT - hours available to do licensed massage MWF at higher pay rate.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide focal and warm-up therapeutic massage as directed by providers
  • Assist with therapy modalities and patient preparation for treatment
  • Support patient flow and assist providers during care when needed
  • Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and equipment
  • Monitor patient comfort and communicate with providers regarding patient needs
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment

Qualifications:

  • Friendly, dependable, and professional demeanor
  • Comfortable working directly with patients in a hands-on role
  • Interest in health, rehabilitation, and wellness care
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable transportation and strong punctuality

Ideal Candidate

  • Massage therapy student or Licensed Massage Therapist
  • Student pursuing Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, Exercise Science, Nursing, or other Healthcare Fields
  • Some knowledge of anatomy helpful
