Cleaning Supervisor at National Maintenance Contractors

Shift: About 4pm-1am Monday-Friday+ ~40 Hours/Week

Requirements:

  • Employees must use company app.
  • You must be 18 years old.
  • For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English.
  • A pre-employment criminal background check is required.
  • Able to lift up to 30lbs.
  • Employees must wear non-slip shoes during working hours.
  • Drug testing required
  • Driver's license/DMV review required
  • Live scan fingerprinting required
  • Spanish speaking preferred

Job Duties:

As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, youll be:

  • Supporting/communicating with cleaning employees
  • Travelling account to account
  • Maintaining client relationships
  • Ordering supplies/materials for accounts
  • Reviewing/approving timekeeping
  • Cleaning restrooms
  • Taking out the trash
  • Sanitizing
  • Mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming.
