Winthrop Family Medicine, part of the dedicated primary care team of MaineGeneral Medical Center is seeking a board certified or board eligible Family Medicine Physician to join their busy and well-established practice located in Winthrop, Maine.

The ideal candidate will have a commitment to providing quality, compassionate care. Enjoy a 32-hour clinical workweek and the benefit of a designated 8-hour administrative day. Call rotation is shared and handled by phone only.

This is a traditional outpatient practice, providing a wide range of care: pediatrics, adult medicine, gynecology and geriatric medicine. Procedural care, such as osteopathic manipulation, minor surgery, and acupuncture, is encouraged, though not required. The ability to perform medication-assisted treatment for opioid use disorder is also available.
