Job Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator Senior leads the industry event attendance process, assists with proposal responses and other general marketing tasks working with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Director.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assists in the implementation of marketing strategies
  • Manages the industry event calendar for RailPros
  • Executes registration of attendees and secures any required sponsorships or exhibit space
  • Coordinates industry event communication and planning with Marketing Manager
  • Oversees the packing and shipping of industry event materials
  • Lead proposal coordination efforts for required content, including resumes, project summaries, technical write ups, and forms
  • Perform proposal compliance reviews and participate in color reviews
  • May lead proposals under the direction of a proposal manager
  • Provides oversight of the master library of proposal data and maintains updated information
  • Monitor group inboxes for marketing and proposal requests
  • This position may require periodic travel to RailPros headquarters, field offices, client offices, work sites and other project related locations
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture, free from behaviors that undermine morale, productivity, or organizational values
  • Uphold the organization’s standards of integrity, accountability, and respect in all duties and interactions
