What this job involves:

As an Engineering Program Coordinator at JLL, you'll be an essential member of our Engineering Center of Excellence team, supporting our strategy toward leading innovation, efficiency, and advancing our clients' real estate objectives. In this role, you'll work with our IFM, Engineering Operations, and Business Services teams around the country to provide solutions, develop roadmaps for product implementation, and build enterprise reporting and analytics capability to reshape the business of commercial real estate using the power of data. We embrace more innovative ways of working, and you'll be at the forefront of executing programs that establish new standards for our industry. As an experienced and highly motivated professional, you'll collaborate with internal teams, globally located organizations, alongside product management and engineering teams, and other JLL organizational units. Working closely with our internal teams, technology partners, cross-functional engineering groups, and stakeholders, you'll execute programs involving Method of Procedures, Standard Operating Procedures, data management, data governance, data quality, learning and development programs, strategy alignment, and reporting and analytics. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to mission-critical engineering operations while growing your expertise in program coordination and technical documentation within a dynamic, forward-thinking environment.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Demonstrate a team-first mindset, understanding that the success of the organization is key to delivering a Gold Standard of service to our clients

  • Collaborate, educate, and partner on methodologies with your peers to produce risk-mitigating procedures in a professional manner

  • Partner with team oversight of the current library of Standard Operating and Methods of Procedures for all Critical Systems Work, with the ability to assess and recommend improvements

  • Take responsibility for administrative review of best-known methods and maintaining Engineering documents

  • Partner with Engineering teams in audit reviews of Engineering practices to ensure compliance and operational excellence

  • Collaborate with the greater One Team to ensure our programs and processes allow for maximum efficiency and purposeful delivery of services

  • Assist in the development or revisions of programs and processes as needed to support continuous improvement

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support team objectives and organizational goals

Required qualifications:

  • Thorough understanding of critical systems with data center engineering background required

  • Experience in a MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) field

  • Strong technical writing skills with ability to create clear, comprehensive documentation

  • Proficiency in computer applications and software such as Google Docs, MS Office, Excel, E-Mail, CMMS, and BAS

  • Solid interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work well with teammates

  • Excellent organizational abilities and strong writing skills

  • Willingness to take on growth and stretch assignments that expand capabilities

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience as a lead engineer, assistant chief, or in a data center environment

  • Technical writing experience with engineering or technical documentation

  • Experience with digital work scripting libraries and template conversion

  • Knowledge of backup power design and data center design, including industry acronyms, nomenclature, and terminology

  • Understanding of data governance, data quality management, or analytics program coordination

  • Background in developing learning and development programs or training materials

Estimated compensation for this position:

72,000.00 - 82,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
