Description:Marketing Coordinator

Tangen Hospitality is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the day-to-day marketing needs of our growing portfolio of restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues.

This role works directly with the Marketing Director to help execute marketing campaigns, manage social media operations, assist with content creation, support loyalty program updates, coordinate marketing materials, and keep projects organized across multiple brands.

The ideal candidate is organized, creative, dependable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and excited to grow within hospitality marketing. This is a hands-on role that includes both office work and occasional on-site content creation at restaurants, events, and nightlife venues.

ResponsibilitiesSocial Media
  • Schedule and publish approved content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms
  • Maintain social media calendars and posting deadlines
  • Draft captions for review and approval
  • Upload stories, Reels, and short-form video content
  • Monitor comments, messages, and online engagement
  • Assist with social media reporting and analytics
Content Creation
  • Capture photo and video content at restaurants, bars, events, and promotions
  • Assist with TikToks, Instagram Reels, and other social-first content
  • Support the Marketing Director during content shoots and special campaigns
