Senior Marketing Manager

Reporting Structure: Reports to Marketing Director, The Bastion Collection

The Bastion Collection is seeking a full-time Senior Marketing Manager to support its restaurant concepts in Houston, New York, and Miami. This role will be Houston-based, with involvement across all Bastion properties. This position blends marketing with on-property support, requiring a highly organized, creative individual with strong personal skills and a natural ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience, with hospitality or luxury experience preferred.

Cross-Functional Coordination


●       Senior Marketing Manager for The Bastion Collection portfolio, inclusive of all Miami, New York, and Houston properties.


●       Serve as the on-property liaison between the Bastion Corporate Marketing Department and the on property operational and culinary teams.


●       Collaborate with leadership to activate key brand moments, including seasonal promotions, holidays, and high-profile partnerships.

Content Creation & Social Media


●       Manage the creation and execution of a monthly content calendar for both the restaurant and club.


●       Write engaging captions and develop creative for Instagram posts, Stories, and Reels.


●       Produce and publish weekly Reels showcasing programming, partnerships, chef spotlights, and behind-the-scenes content.


●       Oversee community management by responding to DMs, comments, and engaging with the local community.


●       Track social media analytics and adapt strategy accordingly.

Email Marketing & CRM


●       Own the creation and deployment of all email marketing campaigns for all Bastion properties, including newsletters, event invites, and promotional communications.


●       Support in managing and optimizing the SevenRooms CRM database.


●       Track engagement metrics and report on campaign performance.

Digital Marketing


●       Coordinate/support all digital marketing efforts, ensuring the maintenance of Google/Yelp and all other third party listings 


●       Coordinate paid ad campaigns


●       Support operations team on management of reviews

Booking & Digital Platforms


●       Ensure third-party booking platforms (Resy, OpenTable) are fully optimized, aligned with the brand’s tone and visual identity.


●       Provide updated copy and curated image assets regularly in collaboration with the Director of Restaurants.

Website Management


●       Maintain and update the website, including hours of operation, menus, programming details, and imagery.


●       Facilitate and direct all website inquiries

Photo & Video Content


●       Assist in coordinating all photo and video shoots for all properties.


●       Maintain an organized asset library for ongoing content use.

Collateral & Creative Production


●       Execute and maintain all marketing collateral (digital and print)


●       Coordinate the design (through agencies/freelancers), printing, and rollout of materials such as:

○       Menus

○       Event signage

○       Partnership assets

○       Digital invitations

○       Various promotional collateral

Partnerships, Programming & Events


●       Assist in the planning and execution of all brand partnerships, seasonal activations, and in-house programming (ex: holidays, DJs, tastings, panels).


●       Ensure all external-facing communications and assets align with the brand.


●       Develop and manage timelines, production schedules, and marketing rollouts tied to programming and events.


●       Coordinate with PR and media partners as needed.

PR/Media


●       Work to ensure that the agency of record has any/all information/assets needed to properly promote the property


●       Manage logistics surrounding media/press visits 

Copywriting & Brand Voice


●       Craft elevated copy across all communications: social, web, email, collateral, and events.


●       Ensure all messaging reflects each concept’s tone


●       Support storytelling efforts around chefs, design, seasonality, and restaurant identity.

Seia Club Miami - specific responsibilities Membership Marketing & Communications Support


●       Collaborate closely with the Membership team to support all internal member communications and ensure alignment with  brand voice.


●       Provide membership team approved language/imagery for updating content within the members-only app (PeopleVine), including announcements, event details, and programming highlights


●       Partner with the Membership team to develop and execute all member-facing communications, including email campaigns, digital collateral, and in-app messaging.


●       Support the marketing and promotion of all Member Programming initiatives.


●       Support with the development of communication materials for programming, such as:

○       Event invitations

○       Weekly digests

○       On-site signage

○       Member experience collateral
