The Contract Manager operates at the intersection of Legal, Sales, Procurement, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Service teams internationally, helping stakeholders navigate contracting requirements, apply approved templates and playbooks, and move agreements efficiently through Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) workflows. The role emphasizes process discipline, risk consistency, and cultural fluency across jurisdictions.
In addition to contracting responsibilities, the role is a force multiplier, enhancing the efficiency, transparency, and strategic value of Legal Operations by improving systems, reporting, and workflows and supporting digital transformation initiatives.
This role does not manage post-execution commercial performance, supplier delivery, or operational KPIs.
