Provide exceptional client service support and flawless execution on client requests with excellent follow through.

Develop effective communication platforms for clients and staff and liaise with different departments about client queries. Resolve complex client dilemmas in a professional manner.

Mastermind creative ways to deliver an exceptional client experience, and effectively collaborate with respective internal teams and contractors to prepare and deliver client facing materials.

Oversee production of marketing materials; monitor for quality and corporate identity guidelines. Manage and maintain communications library, assist with one-to-many communication strategies and other announcements.

Regularly review company website content; ensure web and social media content is on-strategy, consistent with corporate identity guidelines, and updates.

Proactively support potential business development opportunities to engage prospective and current client by attending conferences and client/prospect meetings as needed.

Coordinate the firm’s response to consulting and banking RFPs, highlighting the firm’s history and accomplishments.

You meet or exceed the following…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field; prior investment & marketing experience desired
  • 5-7 years in a similar role with increasing independence and oversight
  • Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Must be able to take technical financial information and present to high level, non-investment senior staff and board members
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic design software, specifically with Excel and PowerPoint, Adobe and Publisher
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to convert data into presentation graphics; experience with Insightly a plus
  • Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
  • Creative, flexible, and innovative team player
  • Ability to work on complex projects with general direction and minimal guidance.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively in writing.
