Job description

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for working with the product development team and sales team to execute marketing initiatives on a daily basis. This role works to develop sales materials, create online marketplace content, enforce brand standards, and communicate between all internal and external teams to ensure all parties have the most updated information.
• Marketing Content: Provide digital and print materials from conception to delivery including sales sheets, pitch materials, presentations, catalogs, brochures, paid ad content, email templates, packaging, manuals, etc. Create and maintain media library/central repository of graphics and artwork for company use. Utilize NPD team to produce and maintain the company product catalog both in print and electronically.
• Marketplace Content: Ensure consistent and up to date content for online marketplaces including product descriptions, product photography, instructional videos, detail content pages, and optimized SEO. Assist sales team with new website uploads and individual store sheets for major customers.
• Marketing and Public Relations: Promote products and services through marketing initiatives including SEEDS Reviews, A+ Detail Pages, Vine Reviews, product reviewers, bloggers, and any other advertising, social media or PR efforts. Identify and execute communications strategy for key media contacts and customer references.
• Brand Management: Work to establish brand standards for in-house brands, and enforce brand standards and approval processes for licensed product lines. Communicate with external partners to ensure all teams are updated on the most recent developments.
• Website and eCommerce Management: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure current and consistent content on company websites and build and optimize an eCommerce site.
• Trade Shows: Arrange booth design and brand image across all trade shows, and create marketing and email campaigns leading up to each show. Develop customer lead system for future Sales Representative follow-up.
Compensation: $46,000.00 per year
