Job description

Pay Range: $70,447.00 - $93,923.00The Talent Development Program and Logistics Administrator is responsible for the administration and ongoing maintenance, logistics and support of the Talent & LMS platform while working collaboratively with stakeholders.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technology field
  • Prior training and learning management systems experience involving content design, logistics planning, and facilitation are preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/work experience

Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficient in the use of: word, power point, excel, learning management systems.
  • Experience with learning about and implementing new technology solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and writing skills required.
  • Excellent organization skills required
  • Skilled in delivering instructional material appropriate to varying audiences.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to draw meaningful insights.
  • Skilled at using a variety of technologies to deliver training.

Unique Job Characteristics and Requirements:

This job does not require direct supervision of others, however, does require the management of adjunct facilitators and other employees supporting programming.

Tasks Performed:

  • 40% Creates, executes, and manages all LMS activities for successful delivery of corporate learning events including, but not limited to the development and execution of all learner communication; administration of content through NBT University in Workday Learning, provides subject matter expertise on learning management technology, manages all aspects of the learner's participation to be sure they have access to training materials, pre-work assignments and monitors the process for successful completion of all learning content. Ensure accurate, timely reporting
  • 20% Work closely with the Workday Systems Administrator to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting, this work includes all testing and communication/training of key stakeholders. Review Workday releases to determine potential impacts including (cost, time, reporting accuracy etc.) and define a solution and the roll out plan. Inform and prepare all stakeholders.
  • Provide regular support to the Talent and Organizational Development Team, HRBP's, Compliance Coordinators with administration and support of the learning and talent Workday modules. 25% Strategic program: manages all learning related scheduling, communications, and logistics for Corporate strategic programs - Star Impact, Emerging Leaders, Paths, Learning@NBT, includes others as they are developed.10%
  • 10% Responsible for Talent Development content library management. As needed works with stakeholder to define organizational development needs, research and recommend solutions including curriculum, delivery methods and logistics. Participates as an adjunct facilitator for the delivery of corporate content when needed. Independently reviews and approves employee applications for Undergraduate Tuition reimbursement program and oversees the budget related to this program. Oversees the reimbursement process for the Graduate Tuition Reimbursement program.
  • 5% Other duties as assigned
