Job description

We are ​seeking a committed and eager​ Part-Time person, with the potential of becoming a Full-Time, ​Customer Service Representative​. The candidate will be required to respond to customer inquiries via email, phone calls and live chats. As such, the ideal candidate should have the ability to effectively communicate in oral and written form. If you have a passion for providing excellent customer service and possess the skills outlined below, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Duties:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone calls and live chats in a timely and professional manner.

  • Greet and deal with in-person customers.

  • Provide accurate information regarding products to meet customer satisfaction.

  • Handle customer complaints and questions effectively, while sustaining a positive attitude.

  • Perform data input to ensure accurate customer information is preserved and assist with order entry, when needed.

  • Maintain knowledge of company products and promotions to provide informed support.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in customer service or call center environment is a plus.

  • The ability to communicate clearly and effectively, along with a strong phone etiquette.

  • Proficiency in using Google Docs, knowledge of other software applications a plus.

  • Proper use of grammar, punctuation and formal email structure is required.

  • Able to type approximately 40 wpm.

  • The ability to effectively solve and reply to customers in a timely manner.

  • Multi-tasking is essential.
