Job description

Customer Service Assistant

As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll package groceries and help customers transport their purchases from the Store to their vehicles. Key responsibilities include assisting in unloading merchandise from baskets, packaging groceries, and helping customers in transporting and locating merchandise. Additionally, you will gather baskets, pick up trash, maintain and stock bag areas, and ensure the cleanliness of the store by cleaning, mopping, dusting, sweeping, and vacuuming various areas. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintain productivity and efficiency, and handle physical demands such as lifting up to 100 lbs. The work environment includes exposure to various conditions like cold, hot, loud noises, and wet conditions.
