Library Associates are staff members who assist with the daily operations of a library. They help patrons locate materials, check out and return books, organize resources, and may assist with library programs or events. Library Associates often provide customer service, answer basic reference questions, and support librarians in maintaining an organized and welcoming environment. Their responsibilities can vary depending on the size and type of library, but they play a vital role in ensuring smooth library operations.

What are some common challenges library associates face when assisting patrons, and how can they effectively address them?

Library Associates frequently encounter challenges such as helping patrons locate specific materials, assisting with technology (like printers or public computers), and managing multiple requests during busy periods. Job description

About Tmat
Tmat is one of the fastest-growing brands in the truck accessory industry. Our patented, Made-in-America modular organization system won a 2025 SEMA New Products Award, and our content has generated over 350 million organic views this year alone. We sell direct through Tmat.com and Amazon, backed by a growing international content creator and dealer network spanning Europe, Australia, Asia, and the Americas.
We're a small, fast crew that out-executes bigger, slower competitors in our industry every single day. If you'd rather be a pirate than join the navy, keep reading.
About the Role
You will own the product content that fills Tmat's two highest-revenue channels: our Shopify storefront and our Amazon presence. This is a hands-on content role for someone who takes pride in flawless product listings, clean catalog data, and getting the details right the first time.
Important context: this role lives in the content layer - products, listings, images, copy, keywords, tech specs, and data - plus simple webpage content updates inside our tested templates. It does not include redesigning themes, installing or swapping apps, or restructuring pages; those are owned separately. The wins here come from enrichment: better images, tighter copy, stronger keywords, and cleaner data that compound over time. If "the devil is in the details" describes how you already work, you'll thrive here.
What You'll Own
  • Product listing uploads and enrichment - Titles, bullets, descriptions, image stacks, infographics, comparison charts, and backend keywords on both channels.
  • Amazon content - A+ Content, Brand Registry assets, catalog health, and review monitoring across our SKU lineup.
  • Tech specs and data accuracy - Every spec, dimension, weight, compatibility note, and fitment detail. If it's on a listing, it's right.
  • Product imagery - Own the image library: uploading, organizing, and optimizing across both channels, plus simple product shots when needed (no photography background required).
  • SEO and AI-search optimization - Keep Tmat product content ranking in traditional search and showing up in AI-driven answers when buyers ask for the best truck bed organization.
  • Simple webpage content - Content updates, product pages, and collection maintenance inside our approved templates.
  • New product launch support - Listings, images, copy, and data ready to go on launch day.

Requirements
  • 1-3 years in e-commerce content, listings, or catalog work on Shopify and/or Amazon
  • Obsessive attention to detail - you catch the broken image, the wrong price, the typo in the bullet
  • Production-level graphic skills - you can build a clean comparison chart, infographic, or A+ module without waiting on a designer
  • Process discipline - you communicate before you act and never surprise the team on a live listing
  • Comfort with spreadsheets and product data
  • A builder's work ethic - we're a startup competing with giants, and we act like it

Bonus points for: experience in automotive/truck accessories or enthusiast consumer brands, Amazon Seller Central, SEO/AEO tools, product photography, and video editing skills.
Benefits
  • Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)
  • Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)
  • Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)
