Job description

For more than 30 years, we have collaborated with and supported small to medium-sized businesses by providing Payroll, HR, Workers’ Compensation, and Benefits solutions. Our goal is to support our clients in such a way that they can continue to grow their businesses and not worry about employee administration.

SUMMARY

We're looking for a Broker Growth Associate to support the execution of our broker channel growth strategy. Sitting on the Broker Relationships team (not Marketing), this person will be the day-to-day engine behind the content, campaigns, and marketing activities that help our Director of Broker Relationships build pipeline, deepen broker partnerships, and keep Helpside top-of-mind with the broker community.

This is a hands-on role for someone early in their career who wants to learn the mechanics of B2B growth in a focused channel. You'll write, build, send, post, track, and iterate, with direct visibility into how broker partnerships drive revenue.

DUTIES:

Content creation and management

  • Draft broker-facing content including newsletters, one-pagers, case studies, blog posts, social posts, and email campaigns that speak to the realities of selling and servicing PEO business
  • Maintain a content calendar aligned with broker sales cycles, renewal seasons, and key industry moments
  • Partner with internal subject matter experts (HR, benefits, payroll, compliance) to translate Helpside expertise into broker-ready resources
  • Keep the broker resource library current, organized, and easy for brokers to use with their own clients

Marketing campaigns and outreach

  • Build and execute email nurture campaigns to brokers in the pipeline and existing partner brokers
  • Manage broker-focused social media presence (primarily LinkedIn) in coordination with the Director
  • Coordinate broker webinars, lunch-and-learns, and educational sessions, including invitations, follow-up, and content prep
  • Support broker event presence including conferences, association meetings, and Helpside-hosted gatherings

Sales and relationship support

  • Build and maintain sales collateral, pitch decks, and leave-behinds the Director uses in broker meetings
  • Develop co-branded materials and campaigns brokers can use with their own prospects
  • Help onboard new broker partners with welcome sequences, training resources, and introductory touchpoints
  • Assist with broker referral tracking and recognition programs

Measurement and iteration

  • Track engagement across email, content, and events; report on what's working and what isn't
  • Maintain CRM hygiene for broker contacts and partner activity
  • Help build a simple growth playbook for the broker channel: what we run, when we run it, and what results we expect

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, content, communications, sales support, or a similar role; recent grads with strong internship experience will be considered
  • Strong writing chops; you can take a complex topic and make it clear, useful, and on-brand
  • Comfortable with tools like HubSpot (or similar CRM/marketing platforms), Canva, LinkedIn, and standard office suites
  • Organized and self-directed; able to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines without dropping the ball
  • Curious about how businesses grow; eager to learn the PEO industry, the broker world, and B2B channel marketing
  • Comfortable working closely with sales-minded teammates and translating their needs into marketing output
  • Bonus: any prior exposure to PEO, employee benefits, insurance, HR tech, or broker/agency channels

GREAT THINGS THAT COME WITH WORKING HERE:

Helpside employees have many perks to the job such as:

  • Health insurance 100% paid by employer (for both employee and family!)
  • Additional voluntary supplemental benefits including dental, vision, life insurance, disability, accident, critical illness, etc.
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid holidays
  • Paid time off
  • Great company culture
  • Fun company events

Job Type: Full-Time. 40 Hours/Week.

Job Location: Lindon, Utah. Open to Utah-based hybrid remote, subject to qualifications, performance, and approval.
