As we continue to grow, we are looking for a creative, driven, and organized Marketing Associate to help strengthen our brand presence, support business development efforts, and showcase our projects and culture.
Position Summary
The Marketing Associate will support day-to-day marketing initiatives including social media, content creation, recruiting marketing, branding, event coordination, and project promotion. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, proactive, and excited to grow within a fast-paced construction environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage company social media platforms and maintain a consistent brand presence
  • Create engaging content including project updates, employee highlights, recruiting posts, and company announcements
  • Capture and coordinate jobsite photos/videos with field teams
  • Assist with website updates, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns
  • Coordinate branded merchandise, signage, and print materials
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Maintain photo libraries, project portfolios, and brand assets
  • Work closely with leadership, HR, and operations teams on growth initiatives

Qualifications
  • 1+ years of marketing, communications, social media, or related experience preferred
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
