Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Room (ER)
Location: Las Cruces, NM
Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite
Compensation: $74800-$100,000 + $20,000 sign-on bonus

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join a fast-paced Emergency Department. This role is ideal for a nurse who thrives in high-acuity environments and is passionate about delivering timely, high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in a high-volume emergency setting
  • Perform rapid patient assessments and triage
  • Administer medications and emergency treatments
  • Develop and implement patient care plans
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Respond effectively to critical and time-sensitive situations
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Unit Details
  • 19-bed Emergency Department
  • 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio
  • Average daily volume of ~108 patients
  • Diverse care team including RNs, EMTs, paramedics, CNAs, and providers
  • Treats a wide range of conditions including:
    • Cardiac and respiratory emergencies
    • Stroke and trauma cases
    • Abdominal and acute conditions
  • Only provider of pediatric and PICU services in the region
Qualifications
  • Active RN license
  • Associate's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
  • BLS certification (within 30 days of hire)
  • ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications (within 6 months of hire)
  • Minimum 1 year of acute care experience preferred
