Job Title: Echocardiology Technician (Acute Care) Location: Hot Springs, AR Employment Type: Full-Time (In-Person) Salary: $59,259 - $89,107 per year
Job Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled Echocardiology Technician to join a premier Healthcare facility in Hot Springs, AR. In this role, you will be an integral part of the Cardiology Services team, performing high-quality cardiac ultrasound examinations within an acute-care setting. You will work closely with medical staff to ensure accurate, timely diagnostics and provide exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Excellence: Perform high-quality echocardiograms (ECHO) and related cardiac ultrasound procedures per professional standards.
  • Patient Advocacy: Review patient histories, provide clear procedural education, and monitor patient status throughout exams.
  • Equipment Mastery: Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain advanced ultrasound imaging equipment.
  • Documentation: Analyze imaging results, accurately document clinical findings, and manage report transmission efficiently.
  • Clinical Support: Administer contrast media as ordered by physicians and maintain a safe, clean clinical environment.

Required Qualifications:
  • Education: Associate's degree preferred.
  • Training: Mandatory training in Cardiac Sonography and Carotid imaging.
  • Certification: * BLS certification required.
