Job Summary
The University of North Georgia is currently accepting applications for a federal work study student in the Chestatee Regional Library System. The Chestatee Regional Library System is seeking a Federal Work Study student to serve as a Technology Assistant. This position provides hands-on experience supporting library technology operations, including basic computer maintenance and updates, software installations, and troubleshooting. The student will also assist with digital formatting and data entry for the system's intranet, with opportunities to contribute to social media content and outreach. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working with a variety of technologies; experience with 3D printers, podcasting equipment, or video editing is a plus.
Responsibilities

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
  • Technology or Programming majors preferred. Being able to work a minimum of 10 hours per week is preferable.
