Job description

Performing normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files, maintaining calendars, provide phone coverage, interviewing callers and making proper referrals, arranging and support on-site and offsite meetings to include video teleconferences and Microsoft Teams meetings, conferences, and associated catering
Arranging travel plans for assigned group and preparing expense reports
Receiving, referring and answering mail
PowerPoint chart/agenda production and reproduction
Maintaining team rosters and organizational charts
Act as the program's employee engagement lead by developing new and innovative ways to engage with employees including hosting monthly meetings and requesting employee feedback
Assist with coordinating volunteer support for program events by managing volunteer lists and sending communications regarding logistics
Providing backup and fill-in for the VP and site director's administrative assistant during absences.
Supporting customer relations and interfacing including customer visits and meetings, setup of meetings, and coordination of badge access and visit requests with LM Security.
