Location:
Charlestown by Erickson Senior Living
Join our team as a Certified Medication Aide (CMAs). Our CMAs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident's needs.
Positions Available
  • Part Time Days, 16 hours per week 7:00am - 3:30pm

Biweekly Schedule: Sunday, Thursday, Monday, Saturday
  • Part Time Evenings, 24 hours per week 3pm-11:30pm

Biweekly Schedule: Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Monday, Wednesday, Saturday
  • Part Time Evenings, 24 hours per week 3:00pm - 11:30pm

Biweekly Schedule: Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday
  • Every Other Weekend Days, 12hours per week (Sat & Sun) 7:00am -7:30pm

Compensation: Ranging from $18.00 to $23.00 per hour; based upon years of licensure. Potential for shift differential of $1.00 per hour for evening and night shifts.
How you will make an impact
  • Supporting the resident's physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
  • Assisting residents in activities of daily living
  • Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents' strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
  • Providing assistance with resident activities and programs
  • Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter
  • Administration of medication to residents

What you will need
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working
  • Current certification for Medication Administration - per state requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred
  • Minimum of 1 years of Medication Administration experience preferred
  • Current CPR certification preferred.
