The DCS Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive support to school administration, staff, students, and families while ensuring the efficient operation of the school office.
Responsibilities include:
  • Managing student and staff records within the school information system (ALMA)
  • Maintaining attendance, scheduling, registration, reporting, and database systems
  • Supporting communication between school departments and families
Key duties include, but not limited to:
