Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead power electronics product development from architecture through production release
  • Design and troubleshoot high-power AC/DC and DC/DC conversion systems
  • Develop schematics, PCB layouts, prototypes, and validation plans
  • Perform hardware bring-up, testing, root cause analysis, and field support
  • Support battery-integrated power systems and energy storage applications
  • Develop technical documentation, test procedures, and manufacturing support packages
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and operations teams

Qualifications

  • BSEE required; MSEE preferred
  • 10+ years of hands-on power electronics product development experience
  • Experience with power conversion topologies, battery systems, and embedded controls
  • Strong background in PCB design, analog/digital circuits, and hardware troubleshooting
  • Experience with power semiconductors, thermal management, and system validation
  • Proficiency with SPICE-based simulation tools
  • Ability to take ownership of products from concept through production
