Job description

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in information security, with at least 4 years focused on CyberArk implementation, administration, or architecture
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field experience
  • Deep hands-on expertise across the CyberArk platform, including:
  • CyberArk Privilege Cloud, PAM Self-Hosted, and Vault architecture (EPV, PVWA, CPM, PSM, PSMP)
  • Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM) for least-privilege enforcement on endpoints
  • Conjur for DevOps secrets management and application identity
  • Secure Infrastructure Access (SIA) and Secure Cloud Access (SCA) for Just-In-Time privileged access
  • Workforce Password Manager (WPM), Secure Web Sessions (SWS), and Remote Access capabilities
  • Privileged Threat Analytics (PTA) / Threat Detection and Response (TDR)
  • Experience integrating CyberArk with various platforms: Active Directory, LDAP, Windows and UNIX/Linux servers, databases (MS SQL, Oracle), and networking/security devices
  • Proven ability to lead multi-workstream engagements from scoping through delivery and post-implementation support
  • Scripting and automation experience using PowerShell, REST APIs, PACLI, or similar tooling to automate CyberArk engineering and operational tasks
  • Experience defining and scoping consulting engagements, including level of effort estimation and Statement of Work development
  • Knowledge of industry security frameworks and standards (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, Zero Trust architecture principles)
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels, including executives
  • Extensive ability to manage concurrent workstreams in complex environments while adjusting priorities
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be a performance-driven team player with a collaborative, client-first mindset

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer (CDE) or CDE for Privilege Cloud (CDE-CPC) certification
  • Additional CyberArk certifications: CyberArk Guardian, CyberArk Certified Trustee, or CyberArk Defender
  • Industry certifications: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or GIAC (GPEN, GCIH)
  • Experience with complementary IAM platforms such as Okta, SailPoint, or Saviynt
  • Experience deploying CyberArk in cloud-native and hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Prior experience in an OEM vendor environment or CyberArk partner organization

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $117,200 to $146,500 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Solution Consultant specializing in CyberArk to deliver privileged access management and identity security outcomes across a wide range of global clients. This role combines deep technical expertise with consulting acumen-engaging with customer stakeholders to define priorities, architecting and deploying CyberArk solutions, and contributing to the growth of WWT's Identity & Access Management practice.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across the CyberArk platform, a consulting or professional-services background, and the ability to translate complex identity security requirements into scalable, enterprise-grade solutions. A track record of successful CyberArk implementations for large organizations is essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead end-to-end CyberArk consulting engagements encompassing discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, migration, and post-deployment optimization for large enterprise and government customers
  • Design and implement CyberArk Privileged Access Management solutions including Privilege Cloud, PAM Self-Hosted, Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM), Conjur for secrets management, Secure Infrastructure Access (SIA), and Secure Cloud Access (SCA)
  • Configure and operationalize CyberArk controls and analytics capabilities (e.g., PSM, PSMP, CPM, Privileged Threat Analytics) to support privileged access governance, monitoring, and risk reduction
  • Lead application onboarding activities using CyberArk Credential Provider (CP) and Central Credential Provider (CCP), including requirements discovery, credential retrieval patterns, troubleshooting, and production hardening
  • Deploy Just-In-Time privileged access models using SIA and SCA to eliminate standing entitlements, automate session brokering and auditing, and reduce attack surface and lateral-movement risk
  • Integrate CyberArk with enterprise infrastructure including directory services (LDAP/Active Directory), Windows and UNIX/Linux servers, databases, network and security devices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Support identity lifecycle integration use cases, including SCIM-based integrations with CyberArk in support of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions
  • Develop reference architectures, solution blueprints, implementation runbooks, and operational procedures that become repeatable assets for the practice
  • Provide presales technical leadership: scoping engagements, building proposals, conducting proof-of-concept demonstrations, and supporting responses to RFPs/RFIs
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on CyberArk technologies and mentor other consultants on implementation patterns, operational best practices, and consulting approach
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Cloud, Networking, Data Protection, and Governance, Risk & Compliance to deliver integrated security outcomes
  • Develop enablement material for marketing efforts including white papers, blog articles, presentations, videos, and other media
  • Develop service offerings aligned with CyberArk's product roadmap based on emerging capabilities, customer demand, and industry direction, including marketing material, sales-enablement presentations, LOE determination, and delivery methodologies
  • Maintain CyberArk certifications and stay current on product capabilities, releases, and security industry trends
  • Participate in or lead customer-facing meetings, workshops, and events related to Identity Security and Privileged Access Management
