Job description

The Liberty Group is immediately hiring experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians for onsite communities.
Pay ranges from $18 to $28 per hour, depending on experience.
STOP — DO NOT APPLY unless you meet ALL required qualifications:
  • 6+ months onsite apartment maintenance experience
  • Valid government-issued ID
  • Reliable transportation
  • Own basic tools needed for maintenance work
  • Comfortable completing service requests and apartment turns (make-ready)

What you’ll do
  • Complete resident service requests in a timely, professional manner
  • Perform make-ready/turn repairs to prepare vacant apartments for move-in
  • Maintain common areas and community grounds as needed
  • Document work completed in maintenance logs
  • Prioritize multiple work orders and work independently
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to residents and onsite teams

Preferred (not required)
  • A/C / HVAC certification (EPA/CFC/HVAC) — pays more
  • Strong make-ready/turn experience
  • Related experience (hotel maintenance, rehab, condo, carpentry) only if you also have onsite apartment experience
