Commercial HVAC Service & Maintenance Technicians – Seattle Area

United Systems Mechanical, LLC is looking for skilled Commercial HVAC Service & Maintenance Technicians to join our growing team in the Seattle area. If you’re an experienced technician who takes pride in your work, enjoys solving problems, and values working for a company that invests in its people, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do

  • Diagnose, service, and maintain a wide range of commercial HVAC systems.

  • Perform maintenance and repairs on:

    • Packaged and split system heat pumps

    • Ductless mini-splits and A/C units

    • VAV and VRF/VRV systems

  • Handle control wiring, refrigeration piping, and condensate piping.

  • Perform start-ups and ensure systems are running at peak performance.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service while representing our company professionally.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of commercial HVAC service and maintenance experience.

  • Self-motivated, reliable, and professional with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

  • Required:

    • Current 06A Electrical Certificate or Trainee Certificate

    • EPA Certification

    • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

    • Ability to lift 70 lbs and pass a background check & drug test

  • Bonus Skills (a plus but not required):

    • VRV/VRF experience (Mitsubishi City Multi, LG, Daikin)

    • Controls experience

    • OSHA 10 certification
