Experienced Maintenance Technician Premium Digital Office Solutions has been a leader in the managed print service industry for over twenty-seven years.  We are seeking a dynamic individual that is self-motivated and driven.  

As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for:
·         Performing a full range of on-site maintenance for printers and multi-function devices
·         Set-up new machines in warehouse prior to customer delivery
·         Travel to customer location to perform installation of new office equipment
·         Travel to customer location to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair error codes, fix, and maintain printers and copier equipment
Required Skills and Responsibilities:
·         Must have a proven track record in outstanding customer service
·         Product knowledge with maintenance and parts of Sharp, Brother, Konica Minolta, and Lexmark or other industry manufacturers
·         Working knowledge of computer systems such as Microsoft, Apple, and common network solutions
·         Able to drive a small box truck 

Requirements for success:
·         Able to work independently on site and off site 
·         Provide exceptional customer service
·         Have good time management skills and repair equipment properly
·         Communicate when off-site back to home base via email
·         Must have valid driver’s license with reliable transportation 
·         Must be able to travel daily to customer sites which may include NYC occasionally
