Job Description

Solution Architect

  • Conversational AI / NLP Implementation:
    • Hands-on experience with NLP/NLU tools (e.g., Amazon Lex, Google Dialogflow, Rasa, Azure Bot Framework)
    • Exposure to Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) models for dynamic, context-aware responses
    • Designed and deployed chatbot solutions across web and mobile platforms
  • Cloud Architecture:
    • Strong preference for AWS expertise-especially Lex, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, DynamoDB
    • Familiar with cloud-native services, including compute, storage, and networking architecture
  • Integration & DevOps:
    • Experience designing APIs and integrating chatbot applications with backend services
    • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)
