BBG, based in Morristown, is seeking a Certified General (CG) Licensed Appraiser to complete a variety of appraisal assignments. We are looking for a driven, motivated professional who can deliver high-quality commercial real estate valuation and consulting work in a timely manner. Candidates must hold a Certified General License or be near completion of obtaining licensure.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year university.
  • Certified General Appraiser license.
  • MAI designation or Candidate a plus.
  • Must be proficient in MS Word and Excel.
  • Must have reliable high-speed internet access
  • Argus Enterprise experience a plus.
  • Must have strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage assignments while meeting deadlines.
