• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans in collaboration with program staff, external service providers, clients, and their families (when appropriate).
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records in accordance with funding source regulations.
• Provide one-on-one counseling as outlined in each client's treatment plan.
• Design and facilitate therapeutic groups to support clients in a structured milieu.
• Work closely with program management and staff to ensure a therapeutic environment that aligns with clinical best practices.
• Facilitate family meetings and home visits as part of the treatment process.
• Serve as a liaison with psychiatrists and other agencies providing auxiliary clinical services.
• Participate in case conferences, treatment meetings, and clinical reviews.

• Strong understanding of trauma and its impact on adolescent mental health.
• Prior experience working with adolescents and their families, with expertise in crisis stabilization and management.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and written communication skills.
• Must be fully vaccinated or willing to be vaccinated against COVID-19, in accordance with state regulations.
Salary: $70,000 annually
