About the role:

As Senior Research Coordinator, you will provide high-level coordination and strategic support across pre-award and post-award activities. Working closely with the Research Manager and Associate Dean of Research, you will contribute to the Faculty's diverse research and non-research portfolio.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level support for grant applications (pre-award), including complex budgeting, proposal review, and policy advice.
  • Deliver proactive project management for funded projects: facilitation of legal reviews, monitoring, milestone reporting, variations, and budget reviews.
  • Oversee and deliver daytoday financial administration (post award) of research and nonresearch grants, including invoicing, adjustments, acquittals, and closeout activities.

About you:

You bring demonstrated experience in research management, with the ability to manage complex projects in a policy-driven environment.
