Job Description

Kettering Health is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Obstetrician-Gynecologist Physician to join our dedicated team of physicians in Southwest Ohio. Highlights for this role include predictable scheduling, shared decision-making, partners who value collegiality and who support one another in the OR and on call, dedicated surgical time, resident teaching opportunities, and strong subspecialty support.

Position Details

  1. Full-Time Position
  2. Schedule: 2 clinic days at our Beaver Creek Clinic, 1 day at our Xenia Health Center, 1 OR day.
  3. The practice serves several established Dayton area communities while maintaining deliveries and surgeries at one maternity center (KHMC)
  4. Obstetric service, with over 2,500 deliveries annually
  • Level IIIB Special Care Nursery - Operated by Dayton Children's specialists on-site to offer integrated, family-centered neonatal care.
  • Neonatal Care available 24/7 and Neonatal respiratory team
  1. 1/8 Shared Call Schedule (upon hire)
  • Block OR time available w/Davinci XI
  • Institutional EMR system: Epic
  1. All testing and equipment for procedures are available on site
  2. Full Spectrum Support: Urogyn, Uro-Onc, Gyn Onc, MFM partners, LabCorp at clinic, APPs, assigned DAs and MAs, experienced OR and office staff, and an Ultrasound Tech and Surgery Scheduler in the office

  • Full support from a team of in-house Maternal Fetal Medicine physicians to provide care for all OB patients (outpatient care, hospital consults, preconception counseling, genetic counseling, diabetes management, etc.).
  • Outpatient support and education for patients and family members provided through Kettering Health. All programs are designed to support patients and their families with support during and after pregnancy (prenatal classes, lactation support, post-partum behavioral health support, social work, etc.)
