Schedule: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday 
Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00 [Hourly] plus night shift differential of $1.50 for working 3rd shift!

Job Description

The Warehouse Associate Level 1 –Grinder is an entry-level manufacturing position responsible for supporting daily grinding and tumbling operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires dependable, safety-oriented individuals willing to perform physically demanding work.

Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate grinding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Handle and move production materials throughout the shift.
• Operate forklifts to move materials.
• Enter production data into company systems and complete basic reports.
• Perform simple arithmetic calculations related to production.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety and operational procedures.
• Support the Warehouse team as needed.
Required Qualifications:
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Manufacturing experience.
• Forklift experience (training can be provided).
• Warehouse or production experience.
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move materials regularly.
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks safely.
• Ability to work around machinery, dust, noise, and moving equipment.
• Ability to wear required PPE at all times.
Work Environment:
Manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, dust, noise, and moving equipment. PPE is required at all times.
