Overview
We are seeking a Certified Instructor Program Specialist to support the administration, communication, and continuous improvement of dealer training and professional development programs. In this role, you will serve as a key resource for training operations, communications, and stakeholder support, helping instructors efficiently manage classes, student enrollment, course completion, and learning resources.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment. This position offers the opportunity to support adult learning initiatives, improve processes, and contribute to the success of training programs across a dealer network.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide communication support and consulting services to support organizational goals and training initiatives.
  • Research, write, edit, and distribute communications including presentations, bulletins, reports, videos, and other learning materials.
  • Support the development of marketing and promotional materials for training opportunities.
  • Manage inquiries received through a centralized support system.
  • Process training requests within a Learning Management System (LMS), including:
    • Creating scheduled course offerings
    • Managing enrollments
    • Closing completed offerings
    • Supporting learner records and completion tracking
  • Present information and training-related updates to stakeholders in small group and one-on-one settings.
  • Support the day-to-day execution of dealer education and development programs.
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing program efficiency and user experience.
  • Maintain training resources, optimization tools, and program documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Research and incorporate industry best practices related to training, communications, and adult learning.
  • Support professional development initiatives within an adult education environment.
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of administrative, program coordination, accounting support, training support, or related experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities.
  • Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
