Charlotte's Best Nanny Agency is assisting families throughout the Charlotte Metro Area in finding reliable Daytime Back-Up Care and Babysitting Providers.

Requests for care come in from client families on an as-needed basis, and providers accept assignments as they come in. Offering flexibility to work around your own schedule while stepping in for families when they need support most.

The best Back-Up Care Provider would be energetic, dependable, punctual, and adaptable. Strong work ethic, honesty, and reliability are essential, along with a genuine love for caring for children of all ages. The ideal candidate is comfortable stepping into new homes and routines with confidence, providing safe, attentive, and engaged care during each placement.

Responsibilities include providing daytime childcare and babysitting support for families as requests arise, following each family's individual routines and guidelines, and creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the children in their care.

Charlotte's Best Nanny Agency works with many families across the Charlotte Metro Area who value communication, trust, and reliability in their care providers.

Provider Responsibilities Include:

  • Meeting the daily scheduling needs of the child(ren)
  • Preparing meals and snacks for the child(ren)
  • Engaging with children on an age-appropriate level
  • Playing with children both inside and outside the home
