Within the Healthcare & Life Sciences practice, the firm works with leading pharmaceutical organisations to design and implement production-grade AI and GenAI solutions that improve commercial performance, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making across the enterprise.

They are currently seeking an experienced Account Growth Manager to lead strategic client relationships and expand AI and analytics engagements within a key healthcare account in the United States.

Role Overview: This role sits at the intersection of consulting, account management, and AI solution development. The successful candidate will work closely with senior client stakeholders while collaborating with global consulting and delivery teams to identify opportunities, shape AI-driven solutions, and grow long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with Director- and VP-level stakeholders within a strategic healthcare account

Develop a deep understanding of the client's operating model, value chain, and business priorities

Identify opportunities to expand analytics and AI engagements within the account

AI & GenAI Opportunity Development

Identify business improvement opportunities using AI and Generative AI technologies

Develop compelling use cases and value propositions for AI-driven solutions

Translate technical AI capabilities into clear business outcomes for client stakeholders

Proposal Development & Solution Design:

Collaborate with consulting and delivery teams to develop tailored analytics and AI proposals

Align technical solutions with client cloud architecture, APIs, and data environments

Support commercial structuring of engagements, including outcome-based and subscription models

Internal Collaboration:

Work closely with global consulting and delivery teams to develop and execute solutions

Ensure proof-of-concept initiatives successfully transition into scalable production solutions

Represent the organisation's broader AI and analytics portfolio across internal and external stakeholders

Technical Knowledge:

Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with modern AI ecosystems, including:

Generative AI technologies such as LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, and fine-tuning

Agentic AI concepts, including autonomous agents and multi-agent workflows

Cloud AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI

AI frameworks, including LangChain and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures

Enterprise data environments including APIs, integrations, and data pipelines

Candidate Requirements:
