End Date/Duration: 03/15/2027 (possible extension)
Shift: Day shift, 4x10-hour shifts (07:00 – 17:30)
Hours/Week: 40 hours/week
Employment Type: Contract, 26 weeks with extension options
License/Certs: Active NBCRNA Certification, KY license (willing to license)
Experience: Minimum 1 year in a large medical center, Level 1 trauma experience required

What You'll Do
- Provide anesthesia support for orthopedic, trauma, vascular, and neuro surgeries (excluding cardiac and OB) at a Level 1 trauma hospital
- Support anesthesia team: CRNA, anesthesiologists, anesthesia techs, under medical direction (typically 2-1 or 3-1 ratio)
- Perform intubations, central lines, arterial lines, and line placement
- Cover a variety of cases across multiple specialties, supporting high patient care standards
- Collaborate with the anesthesia team and participate in clinical teaching and supervision of residents
- Work NORA shifts as required
What You Need
Required: - Board Certified NBCRNA CRNA
- KY state license or willingness to obtain
- Minimum 1-year experience in a large medical center, Level 1 trauma experience preferred
- Skilled in intubation, line placements, and arterial access
Preferred: - Experience with EPIC EMR system
- Recent trauma center experience
