Experience the best office in the world teaching Snowsports to guests of all ages. Instructors will deliver quality ski instruction to groups and individuals, providing world-class guest service in a safe and fun environment.ย ย

Job Specifications:ย ย 

  • Starting Wage:ย $20.00/hrย ย 

    • Pay range reflects minimum base wages; instructors may have opportunities to earn more with additional teaching incentivesย 

  • Employment Type:ย Winter Seasonal 2026/2027ย ย 

  • Shift Type:ย Full Time and Part Timeย hours available.ย For Full-Time Instructors, a 40-hour workweek is not guaranteed. Scheduled hours will vary depending on business volume.ย 

  • Minimum Age:ย At least 16 years of ageย ย 

  • Housing Availability:ย Yesย ย ย

Job Responsibilities:ย ย 

  • Teach group and private lessonsย ย 

  • Work with guests of all ages, with a focus on childrenย ย 

  • Deliver world-class guest serviceย ย

  • Support all needs of the snow sports school: inclusive of scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch, fitting equipmentย ย ย ย ย 

  • Provide guest feedback that inspires and creates lifelong skiersย

Job Requirements:ย ย 

  • Must be comfortable and competent skiing on groomed blue terrainย ย 

  • Must be willing to work with guests of all ages and have a strong level of comfort with children aged 3 and olderย ย 

  • Must be able to communicate fluently in Englishย ย ย 

  • Must be willing to work weekends/holidays and meet minimum scheduling requirements.ย ย ย 

  • Must be comfortable being in ski boots for extended period of timeย ย ย ย 

  • Placement as an instructor is contingent upon successfully completing training and meeting the minimum skill, guest service, and safety standards.ย 

As a Non-Certified Ski Instructor, youย have the ability toย be a flexible employee who works across multiple departments and in various roles to support the one-resort mentality which could include:ย 

  • Lift Experienceย 

  • Mountain Activitiesย 

  • Food and Beverage Supportย 

  • Base Area Operationsย 

  • Retail Rental Operationsย 

Additional requirements for hires under age 18:ย ย 
Submission of a Parental Consent Form upon hire, along with other applicable documents required by state law; such as a work permit, physician's note, and/or proof of birthdateย 

The expected pay range isย $20.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
