Our Ski School cashier works in the ski and ride school and helps to pair guest with qualified instructors. Cashiers are responsible and personable. Full and part-time positions with flexible hours are available.


Responsibilities:

  • Operates the cash register and handling cash/credit transactions with customers
  • Provides excellent customer service to enhance our guests experience at the resort
  • Resolves customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
  • Responsible for turning in all cash, credit reports and receipts into Cash Control
  • Keeps ski school counter clean and organized
  • Accurately and efficiently process sales of products while capturing guest data and engaging with guests
  • Ability to handle high volumes of customer interaction while delivering excellent customer service
  • Take initiative to perform duties which facilitate operations and maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and office.
  • Enjoy interacting with guests of all types and discussing ski lessons at length. This position requires an outgoing and friendly individual that strives to make guests feel welcome and leave informed.

Requirements or Qualifications:

  • Computer proficiency and ability to operate a cash register
  • Customer service experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of skiing and snowboarding or a willingness to learn
  • Reliable transportation required with the ability to navigate snowy or winter conditions
