Position Summary
The Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is seeking to fill one or more tenure-track positions in the Strategy & Entrepreneurship academic area with an anticipated start date of July 1, 2027. Successful candidates will be both productive researchers and creative and effective teachers capable of contributing to the school's Undergraduate, MBA, PhD, and Executive Development programs. The selected applicants will be anticipated to research and teach in areas of Strategy and/or Entrepreneurship.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
Positions require a PhD (or foreign equivalent) granted, or nearly completed, in Strategy and/or Entrepreneurship, or in a related field. Hired candidates with a PhD can anticipate an initial appointment of Assistant Professor. Hired candidates with a PhD nearly completed can anticipate an initial appointment of Instructor.
Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience
Successful applicants will have strong research skills and will be expected to publish in top-tier academic journals.
