Job description

Description

If you are knowledgeable in Lending and are tech savvy we may have an opportunity for you!!

The Lending Systems Analyst supports, configures, and enhances the technology platforms used across SCU's lending operations, including MeridianLink, Encompass, Jack Henry, Abrigo, and other lending-related systems. Sitting within Business Applications, this role serves as the liaison between Business Applications and the Lending teams, ensuring lending systems run smoothly, are properly configured, and continue to meet the needs of the business. As SCU's technology footprint evolves, the Analyst may take on additional systems, provided those systems remain specific to SCU's lending areas - real estate lending, commercial lending, consumer lending, loan servicing, and collections. The Analyst works collaboratively with Lending, Compliance, and Business Applications, or independently on assigned projects, to increase revenue, decrease expenses, and improve the experience of both members and team members.

  • Collaborates with Lending management on ways to continuously improve the lending life cycle and streamline processes by leveraging key data insights and analytical techniques.
  • Facilitates system configurations, process changes, user acceptance testing, and production validation across lending platforms, including MeridianLink, Encompass, Jack Henry, Abrigo, and other lending-related systems.
  • Researches and resolves loan boarding, ancillary product, and system discrepancies in partnership with Lending, Retail, and Finance.
  • Evaluates, designs, recommends, and executes strategies to improve the lending portfolio and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Supports the configuration, optimization, and customization needs of SCU's loan servicing platform as it is implemented, in coordination with Lending and Business Applications.
  • Assists with resolving back-office support needs, including system optimization, process automation, and system maintenance and administration.
  • Deploys system updates and revisions, proactively providing recommendations to affected Lending functions to avoid service interruption.
