Overview

As a Loan Systems Analyst, you will supportkey loan applications across consumer, mortgage, and commercial lendingplatforms. What Youโ€™ll DoDay in the Life

Every day, you support and optimizeloan application systems by assisting users, troubleshooting issues, andhelping ensure system functionality meets business needs. You partner withlending and operational teams to understand processes, gather requirements, andidentify opportunities to improve workflows and efficiency. You'll contributeto system enhancements, upgrades, and project initiatives while creatingdocumentation, reports, and training materials that support end users. Working closelywith cross-functional teams, you'll help deliver technology solutions thatstrengthen lending operations and enhance the overall user experience.

What it TakesKnowledge& Experience
  • Bachelor'sdegree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Information Technology Management, or a related field; equivalentwork experience considered.
  • 1โ€“5 yearsof experience in loan operations, lending systems, systems analysis,information technology, or a related area.
  • Foundationalunderstanding of banking technology, lending systems, electronic signatureplatforms, automation tools, and API integrations.
Analytical& Technical Skills
  • Abilityto learn complex business processes and understand regulatory requirementsimpacting lending operations, including CFPB, TRID, HMDA, and CRA.
  • Strongresearch, problem-solving, and analytical skills with the ability toorganize and synthesize information to support business decisions.
  • Experienceor aptitude for supporting system enhancements, data mapping, validation,testing, and conversion-related activities.
Communication& Collaboration
  • Strongwritten and verbal communication skills with the ability to documentprocesses, explain technical concepts, and work effectively with bothbusiness and technical teams.
  • Abilityto collaborate across departments, gather requirements, and contribute toprojects in a team-oriented environment.
