As a Custodian, you'll make sure every guest walks into a spotless, safe, and welcoming space where fun can shine. From keeping our play zones sparkling to making sure every brick stays bright, you'll be part of the behind-the-scenes team that keeps the fun going strong all day long.
What You'll Be Doing
  • Keep it spotless! Clean and maintain all guest and staff areas to the highest standards - from floors to fixtures.
  • Take pride in presentation. Empty trash bins, clean surfaces, and make every space shine.
  • Maintain the essentials. Restock and refresh restrooms and public areas throughout the day.
  • Be the eyes and ears. Report any maintenance or safety concerns right away.
  • Use your tools wisely. Safely operate custodial equipment and follow all cleaning and safety procedures.
  • Team up for success! Work closely with your fellow LEGOLAND heroes to make sure every guest enjoys a clean, safe, and magical environment.
